We may maintain donation-related records, including donor information, amount, date, and transaction reference, for accounting, audit, compliance, and other legitimate purposes. Such records may be retained for the period required under applicable laws, regulations and accounting requirements.

A donation receipt may be issued where applicable.

Any claim regarding income-tax deduction or other tax benefit is subject to the applicable law and the eligibility of the charitable organisation and donor.

A donation made through this website does not automatically guarantee any tax deduction or tax benefit.

Where applicable, donor information may be used for statutory reporting or documentation required under Indian tax laws.

Donors should carefully verify the donation amount and transaction details before completing a donation.

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable once successfully received and confirmed, except where:

- The transaction was processed more than once due to a technical/payment error;

- An amount was debited from the donor's account, but the donation was not successfully received;

- The payment was made in error, and a refund is approved after verification; or

- A refund is required under applicable law or by the relevant payment/banking authority.

For a refund request, the donor should contact us with:

- Donor Name

- Registered Email/Mobile Number

- Donation Amount

- Date of Transaction

- UTR/Transaction ID

- Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed and, where approved, processed through the appropriate payment/banking channel.

If you believe that a donation was made without your authorisation or that the transaction amount is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details. We may verify the transaction with the concerned bank, UPI provider, or payment service before taking any action.

Donor information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

- Banks or payment service providers for transaction verification;

- Professional accountants, auditors or authorised service providers;

- Government, tax, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where legally required; or

- Other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

We respect donor privacy. Donor names, contact details, and donation information will not be publicly displayed without appropriate consent, unless disclosure is required by law.
